How this estimate works
Material batch cost = purchase cost × consumed quantity / purchased quantity, after compatible-unit conversion. Labour = batch hours × hourly rate. Unit cost = (materials + labour) / usable yield + packaging + allocated overhead.
The starting target price is unit cost / (1 − target margin − selling fee). We round upward to currency precision and verify against the rounded selling fee and full-precision costs. This models one sale with no fixed fee, tax, discount, returns or delivery charge. Use the wholesale tool for order costs.
Jar fill mass and fragrance quantities must come from your own measurements and formulation. The wax-per-jar tool can split a measured mixture mass.
SellerToolkit uses decimal arithmetic. Money displays use the selected currency’s minor units; costs stay unrounded during calculations. These results reflect the inputs you enter. Read our methodology.
