Digital service only
SellerToolkit provides an online maker costing, pricing and quoting workspace. Purchases supply digital account access. No physical goods, courier dispatch, delivery address or shipping charge is involved in a Pro pass purchase.
Activation and access
Pro access activates in your signed-in account after our server confirms a successful payment with the payment provider. A checkout redirect, payment authorization or screenshot alone does not activate access. The confirmed access period and payment state appear in Account.
Paid but access is pending
Payment confirmation can be delayed. If your bank shows a debit but Pro is pending, check Account and contact support with your account email, transaction reference, payment date and amount before attempting another purchase. Do not share card numbers, banking credentials or OTPs. Support will review the payment and activation status.
Delivery of products that you sell to your own customers is your responsibility and is separate from this digital service. See the refund policy for payment issues.
