Wholesale Quote Software for Candle, Soap & Handmade Makers

SellerToolkit helps makers turn a reviewed product cost into a customer-facing wholesale quote, with internal costs kept separate from selling prices.

Try the demo workspace

Sample data is labeled demo. Verify your email for personal cloud saving. Check current plans and trial allowances.

Price the full request

A wholesale request is more than quantity multiplied by a retail price. Check batch sizes, setup work, additional packaging, order-level discounts, delivery and payment fees. Include only tax assumptions you have reviewed for your own situation.

For an invented order of 100 units at $8, item revenue is $800 before tax and delivery. A 10% item discount reduces it to $720. If included order costs are $500, the included margin is ($720 − $500) / $720 = 30.56%. That is not the 37.5% margin of the undiscounted order.

Give the customer a usable document

Prepare the quantities, prices, expiry date and payment terms before issuing the quote. The customer PDF excludes internal recipe costs. Customer links, where included in the current plan, allow the buyer to review the quote and submit acceptance or a change request.

A share link gives access to anyone holding it. Check customer details before sharing and revoke the link if it is no longer appropriate. Quote acceptance is a recorded customer response, not proof that money reached your bank.

Follow the quote into production

Use the accepted request to organize the order and production plan. Record payments and production results as they occur, then compare the recorded outcome with the issued estimate. Customer-facing information remains separate from private cost and payment notes.

  1. Save a costed product.
  2. Prepare and review the wholesale order assumptions.
  3. Issue the quote and share its customer output.
  4. Record the response, order and actual production.

Check the current allowance

Start with the wholesale calculator or demo workspace. The pricing page explains current trial and account allowances; verify which customer-sharing and branding features are included before selecting a plan.
